One of our FAVORITE classes, using combinations of VIBRATION, ACU-REFLEXOLOGY and TAOIST PHILOSOPHY.
This is approximately 45 minutes of instruction, in a 5 Element QiGong that YOU can use to create or lengthen the effects of your acupuncture treatments.
It includes:
- A brief explanation of the 5 Elements
- The physio-emotional energy of each element
- Challenging physical exercise for each of the 5 Zhang Fu organs (Liver, Heart, Stomach, Lungs, Kidneys)
- Mudras, visualizations and a great class atmosphere.

The 5 Element Acu QiGong is a combination of Zhan Zhuang (dynamic stance training), hidden acupressure point stimulation, and internal energy.
